Great cookies! Perfect cookies and the only two ladies working was awesome 👌 GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE! Even tho they was so busy trying to make cookie and take orders. They need a raise, service made me wanna come back. The other bad reviews are because ppl don't know what its like on the other side of the counter, there was a lot of ppl for the two ladies to hand out while baking. Too much expectation from low staff.

I ordered a 6 pack at 9:12pm for delivery - I just called the store at 10:40pm to make sure they were still on the way since the tracking gap hasn’t updated. Whichever girl is working right now on Friday 4/1/2022 answered & she checked on my order. She said the drivers wouldn’t be back until 11pm and that it would be another hour and a half until my order came. I asked her if that meant it would be 3 hours (total) until the cookies were delivered. She said “I’m the only one here right now and won’t be spoken to like that, I’m cancelling your order bye” and hung up on me. I have no idea what just happened but these were late night birthday cookies being delivered for my boyfriend. Can someone check on her then I want a manager to contact me please.

Forgot half the stuff I ordered. The receipt is right on the box listing what's supposed to be in the order...there's even a sticker that says "checked with care by ______" and checkboxes for what was supposed to be in the order. The name spot was blank and nothing was checked. Cookies were pretty good, so a star for that, but based on other people's reviews it seems like the people working there just don't care or don't want to be working there.

The selection is overwhelming but amazing. So so so many great options. I got 3 vegan cookies and wow, amazing. The fact they are warm like you just pulled them out of the oven is great
