There is a $500 deposit to use the pavillion. It cost $250 to use the pavillion. If you live in Humble city limit they will give you a discount on the cost. I believe it is at least $50 discount.

Don't believe so since it's a public park. But to reserve the pavilion for use I believe there's $500 deposit (in case of damages).
