Placed an order for 75 wing bundle tonight, spent over $100.00 and they left off 1 of 3 of the fries that came with the order. When I called 3 times to speak with the manager Emily each time they kept me on hold for over 8 minutes because she refused to take the call. After all the years and money I spent at this location, I never expected to receive such horrible customer service. Emily is a poor excuse for a manger and needs to find a new job that doesn’t involve customer service. I will also further my complaint to the corporate office and other social media platforms regarding the Atascosita location.

Our food was delicious, however it was dropped off at the neighbor's door step and was just room temperature when we finally found it. We ordered coke and received Mr. Pibb or something. Our address is extremely visible....disappointed for certain.

The best wings around.. if anyone disagree let’s argue. To be quite honest I never had a bad experience. I may have not got a ranch or something small but they alway apologize and make sure I know how appreciated my business means. The New manager is great for this store . He’s very kind and understanding…

Wings were so dry and flavorless they were basically inedible. Not enough excess sauce in the box to roll them in and the sauce was extremely watery. Some of the worst wings I've ever had along with little ceasers and dominos. First and last time at wingstop. An all around waste of time, gas, and $35 to pick them up as carryout.
