I believe because of the beverage laws in Okla, establishments like this one can't allow open BYOB... with that said a half pint/pint bottle of Crown doesn't take up much room in a purse or jacket pocket. The steaks are great and you'll love the staff.
No reservations. Not sure about byob, they do have a full bar and a basic wine list.
