Clint & Kamrin have the absolute best customer service. I have been buying from this store for years and have never once had a bad experience with any of the employees, but those 2 named in the start of this are one of the main reason I continue to bring my business back! Defiantly a great establishment and will always be back, and always reference people to go here!

BE PREPARED FOR AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a 5 pack of coils and when I was changing them out the one I tried didn’t work. Sometimes you get a faulty one so I tried another and it didn’t work either. I called the store and they told me it may be connection issue. I go in after work and the girl working proceeds to open all other coils from the pack and see if they work in my mod and then finds out 3 out of the 5 we’re faulty. I tell her I want to exchange the pack and she calls her manager to make sure. Apparently the manager said no because it’s policy that they can’t exchange coils. If the entire pack didn’t get opened I bet they could have been exchanged. I’m furious about how they handle customer service. If it was a manufacturer issue they should get credit from that company for their product I shouldn’t have to spend another 25 dollars when I wasn’t at fault.
