I don't know what is going on in this office but I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Called to schedule an visit and was just told that they can't book cleanings until the new year and was basically attempted to be hung up on. I had to ask for when they'd be available and wanted to move forward with the booking. She asked for my insurance and when I reminded her that we're existing patients and she should have everything on file was retorted with a rude "I don't even know your name". With that, I'll be looking for a new dentist to service the needs of my family. With colleagues and a business running like this there is no surprise why there is a hygienist shortage in the industry. Keep servicing your customers in this manner and you'll have a customer shortage in no time.
