Walked in to buy new frames at 5:50pm, was basically told to get out by the manager because "they close at 6." The signs on the doors say 7, their website says 7. Don't give this place your money.

Disorganized and understaffed. I had to call 6 weeks after my initial eye exam because staff didn’t contact me to tell me my trial contact lenses came in. I’ve now been waiting 30+ minutes to finalize my prescription because the doctor took a patient in who arrived after me. Been going here for a few years but will find a new place. Really poor customer service.

Went in for new contacts and had to wait 15 minutes just to be told my prescription, which I got less than 6 months ago, is no longer in their systems. Worker was nice but experience was absolutely awful due to bad corporate policies.

My order is almost a month old now and you can't speak to someone rom the store# 680 and their delay message is pretty generic reason. I ordered a pair of glasses and they gave me two receipts for the same glasses. No receipt was given for my second order and no order confirmation mail as well. This is a pretty bad store and will no longer come here. Employee # 38629 was a nice lady but seems like she was not trained well and keep asking answers from her peers during the ordering process.
