I created a rewards account, and ordered from the South Dale Mabry Popeyes last night for me and my wife. I waited 5 minutes before driving down there. It was probably 20+ minutes after ordering when I got to the window. My wife ordered nuggets and slaw. The man at the window said they were out of slaw, and then said the did not have any nuggets cooked. Strange. I ordered a minimum of 20 minutes earlier. I had to pull around the building and wait while they cooked my food. To be fair, the guy at the window could not be any nicer. Extremely friendly and apologetic. The manager came out to my car with the food when it was finally ready about 10-15 minutes later, and she could also not have been any nicer. I've had extremely rude people wait on me at this drive-through in the past, but the staff there last night was super friendly. I just think there needs to be better communication and logistics between people who are ordering online and the store. If I order something, and have to drive to the restaurant to pick it up, it should always be ready when I arrive. If the store is out of an item, there should be a way for that to be dropped from the menu until it's back in stock. Finally, the spicy chicken breast was way overcooked and tough. Popeyes should hire some executives away from Chick-fil-A to help create a better experience across the country at Popeyes stores.

Disappointed, waited in drive-thru for them to tell me they were out of spicy chicken. They offered a discount on the spicy sandwiches.

Service was horrible and the food gross. The person running the drive through called me a stupid MFer when I asked a question, assuming her microphone was off.
