It would have to be another item because the only food poisoning you could get from brisket is e coli and that is killed during the smoking process.

Well, id be pretty surprised if it wasn't bc 2 of us from my housr started throwing up about 3 hrs after we ate. I ate green beans, bread, brisket and mac n cheese. What made me nervous was the previous review that employee didn't wear gloves. It was just too coincidental that 2 of us ate there,2 of us threw up at same time and ate the same things.
