I believe when you have leadership that doesnt care, you get employees that dont care. Its not because they arent paid well. I worked at McDonalds and we had management that cared about us and the customer and it showed.
They're probably understaffed.
Because the management is incompetent and probably ignorant to english
I. E., make minimum wage and work 30 hours a week trying to pay for overpriced rent in Austin and see how hard YOU work. 😀
The quality of employee any business employs at minimum wage is unfortunately not always the best. You also can't expect much from cheap day food joints. You get what you pay for.
