They took prescription sunglasses and coin purse from my car. I had dropped it off to be detailed. It started to rain before I got back to pick up my car. They closed and had my keys. I had to return the next day to get my car! Never use H2O!
My cargo WeatherTech mat flew off when they washed it. When they noticed it later, they hold it until I noticed it missing three days later. If your missing item was left behind they will have it unless you lost it somewhere else.
Never had to call them but I always take my car there and never missed anything , Hope you find whatever u missed. 😉
