Yes, there is a faucet next to the road by each restroom where you can fill up.
Yes we stayed the first night in the area, and filled up about a hundred gallons in our camper. then drove up to Spring Creek for two weeks of dry camping . We came back to get about 50 gallons 4 times during our two weeks. The Camp host, Doug, is really nice didn't care about us filling up and throwing trash away. We will stay there again next year probably on the first day of our trip.
