Hi Holly, you get a .29 cent charge when swiping your card. Our systems now allows us to just do a small hold instead of the $20 mentioned on the machine. It will then charge you the rest of the amount for the machine(s) you are running. We haven't ever had it charge incorrectly, but if it did we would be happy to refund. If you could contact us directly we can get it looked at.
It is a verification that your card is valid. Most of the time costumers don't see it because it's supposed to be reversed within 5 minutes. Let me know if it's not reversed. Scott The Welcome Mat
I don't know. I have never ran into that. I'm sure if you contact them, they can refund your money, and get it taken care of for you.
