Hello, my husband has to relocate to the area for work so we are looking for a long term spot. There are 3 of us and on 6lb dog. We have a 2011 5th wheel that is 38ft. If you have anything, how much is the space and what is included? Thank you!

I just moved out fr OK m there, and I felt it was ok, some had kids but was respectable, many had large dogs, but kept them on a leash and walked them daily. Laundry facilities were always clean. Wash and dry were both 1.25 each Rent was 475.00 that included electricity, WiFi Internet when it worked, and water. Garbage. They had propane onsite. Nice place.

FYI I lived there and there is a lot of drugs there. But 475 a month and everything but propane included. I can tell you anything else you want to know about the area.

I am living there. Spot is approximately $500/mo. Others have pets. You have to call them for availability. Very clean, well situated near services.

There is also Hi Valley RV park on horseshoe bend road.
