I've visited more than a dozen times and have always been satisfied.

I just ordered for the first time, and the rolls were horrible. The sushi rolls tasted prepackaged and like they had been sitting out for a while. The fried rice was literally just onions, rice, and some chicken pieces. Wouldn’t even be worth it if the rolls were half the price I paid.. I have no clue how this place has such high ratings...

I haven't experienced that. You can always ask them to do it again.

I have not experienced any loose sushi rolls. Or any rolls poorly handled. Although the food was very tasty and yummy.

Bummer. I had a good experience every time. I agree with Jackie. Maybe they can redo your rolls
