TV is local channels and we have a few cable channels included in the rent!
Yes, we also had our own internet. Our electric, water and trash were included..only tv was not
Yes u can an its all utilies covered in the monthly cost. I dont kno how much it depends on size of lot u need. We had a 40 or 50 an it was 425 but my fiance was on cliff side in the back. On site washer were 2.00 to wash but free dry. Plus on site shower access to all renters an they have free wifi too
