Fishing with Rip Van Winkle
Open for fun again! Love this side of keystone dam for fishing. They updated a few things and did a lot of dirt work around this area to repair damages from the recent 100 year flood. I believe there are also a few new lights for parking areas. Much safer with all the handrails repaired and new lights. Offroad park is open again and everything seems to better than normal.

Currently closed, but the Keystone park office states it is still open on its messaging system. Frustrating to drive 45 minutes to find out it's closed. Was all packed up for a day at the river.

There isn't a formal entrance or a gate. So, no fees, or permits. The terrain is in the river bottom so you can't get lost. You can find plenty of sandy puddles and mud holes to splash through. Fun, fun, fun.
