Alaskan halibut was awful. No flavor and extremely tough. Really disappointed as there was a lot of hype about this restaurant.

Fish Gaucho is THE place to for great food, top notch service and awesome cocktails! Austin runs that bar like a well oiled machine and brings everybody along for a great time! My server, Kailee, was friendly and quick with menu recommendations and she didn't disappoint. The Ahi crudo and the seared diver scallops were amazing! Going solo, date night or out with a big group, this place is where you want to be!, 5 stars 🌟
