I recommend this clinic with 5 stars, I brought my cat in for a skin allergy and they treated her quickly and correctly. They listened to what I had to say and asked good questions about the problem. They explained the treatment and treated my cat. Thank You Dr. J. Rauch and crew!

First and foremost, the doctors here are extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Got all my questions answered and despite them being extremely busy, took the time to explain my pet's treatment and assuage my fears. Having said that, this place could use some customer service training for the front of the house staff. I think they feel overworked, because the two times I've been in there, they are short with me, irritated and more interested in carrying on personal conversations loudly in a what is a cramped front office. There's also very little parking when things get busy. I will be back because of the doctors, but the rural attitude and apathy from the front staff needs to stop.
