Pizza hut's what I ate growing up so it's always special to be able to eat it now.. Does Pizza Hut in Sand springs is a nice place to grab and go!! The breadsticks are always hot and fabulous! I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks and it was ready in 15 minutes! Still hot when we got home and had dinner. Both pizzas had lots of toppings and plenty of cheese.

Me and the grandkids enjoyed the big dinner box. Pizza, boneless wings and bread sticks were so good. Loved the crust.

I was hung up on after holding 25 minutes and upon arrival (as I drove to the store because I was holding again in excess of 20 minutes), the Manager proceeded to tell me it's not his problem or fault that they are busy, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. It gets worse but I won't bore any potential readers with the sad details. I will say, there were 2 girls at a previous visit; Jenny and Jodi *I believe, that provided exceptional customer service. They should be Managers. NOT the tall thin young man that refuses service and treated us terribly. I left a message for corporate and I did receive a call back from a Manager, but there was never a follow up call to apologize or to provide a resolution to the problem.
