You want plain rice instead of fried rice? If employees are looking at you, they are only trying to figure out if you need something. If they are trying to take your order be polite and get off your phone.
Not sure what had transpired to such post, I see no wrong in addressing customer issues with the management and hopefully the quality of food and hospitality can be enhanced. When opinions are not voiced nor heard meeting customer's expectations are infeasible. I hope this helps .

We love their food and service. Wait Staff are always watching for any sign a customer may need something, nothijng else, I am sure. I only wish the buffet were hotter. Thank you!
They have plain white rice, as for the staring thing, I haven't ever noticed, maybe they were concerned about something, like you werent satisfied and were trying to figure out what they could do to make your experience better.
