This BWW has gone downhill. We have gone back several times but this will be our last. Our ultimate nachos came out with hardly any toppings. They should change the name to tortilla chips with shredded cheese. After asking for additional topping we were told additional charges would be added to our bill. We declined the offer and ate out tortilla chips with shredded cheese. Chicken wings still has feather stubs all over them and under sauced. We felt that our waitress was multi tasking between waitress/kitchen staff.

45 min to get our food. Fried pickles were cold, wings were cold. Didn't even get my cauliflower wings with my side salad. Still waiting at the moment. At this point I'm going to McDonald's

Best part of the experience was our waitress. The food was terrible. Wings had almost no sauce the nachos were supposed to have chicken but it was no where to be found and we were told we must have not ordered it. The kids plates were okay except again little to almost no sauce on the wings and the boneless wings were over cooked. The alcoholic beverage I ordered was sub par and the sodas were pretty flat. The server tried to make it better and did apologize for the terrible food. I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone downhill hard. Thankfully I was able to watch the last 10min of the Avalanche game

So, glad to report, the service is much improved! Maybe it's because we sat at the bartop, but no matter it was night and day. They only had frozen queso at a wing bar, but the long island was off the chain!
