Because they can't prepare your food until you tell them what you plan on eating
To "the lost turtle" I'm not sure where you eat but when i go through a drive through usually they say welcome to.... what would you like today... instead of WHAT DO YOU WANT. Its rude and unprofessional...but tbh they have gotten a lot better and a new staff.
First time my coffee was not hot, not even warm. The employees had no clue!
The employee's at this McDonald's are very unprofessional sometimes and you probably got one of the immature idiots that doesnt like his job too much.
