He shared his experience and knowledge about hitches and racks to make sure we picked one we would be happy with. Locally owned, friendly staff, response to requests, reasonable prices...can't ask for more.

Super friendly and helpful! I snapped my chain while in the area and this was the closest shop. I opted to change it myself as they were busy on other bikes. They had a chain, gave me tips as to how to set it up correctly. Let me borrow their chain breaker. Even did some checks to make sure I wasn't about to head out and snap it again! Great shop!

These guys really go above and beyond. Honest, reliable, masterful at their craft, and reasonable priced. They are also great to deal with, professional but fun and the customer service is excellent. Cant recommend strongly enough.

I hadn't gotten my bike tuned up in a few years so I dropped it off expecting a lot needed to be done. The mechanics here only fixed what needed to be fixed and let me know that the breaks and tires were actually still fine and didn't need to be replaced. I was very pleased with the work they did and that they didn't overcharge me even though they could have. I'll keep bringing my bike back here in the future!
