Our recent experience at Wireless Zone in Colchester was excellent. Alex was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Besides replacing an old phone, he successfully helped us replace an unreliable VoIP service we had been using to replace a land line with a cell phone linked to an existing cordless phone system (including porting our old land line number). We now have dependable service, saved money, and are well pleased! Thanks Alex and Wireless Zone.

A few weeks ago my husband and I came to the Verizon store to switch out his phone. My husband just got back from deployment and we didn't have access to some of his passwords and needed help setting up his new phone. Jordan went out of his way to take the time to walk us through the process and help us set up my husband's new phone. He was incredibly patient and a wealth of information.
