I’m asking for help for this store. I’ve been transferred to Ashtabula to get the store where it needs to be. As customers are my first concern I’m asking for help on what is the biggest complaints about this store so I can address these issues! Thx

The attitude of one of your staff has a very bad attitude when asked for 2 cups of marinara sauce she acted like it really killed her to do that !! i dont know her name but she was a mixed race young girl !! Other than that food is great !!!

The food is good. Often not ready when called a head of time and given a pick up time. There are always many customers waiting. The staff has always been very kind and all seem to work very hard. Maybe more staff needed. Hope this helps. :)
