Yes they have wheelchairs available for public use. I don't normal use a wheelchair but was glad they had one down at the crash site as it is a long walk and I have herniated disks. I was very thankful. Also, you can drive down to the crash site and there are bow bathrooms down there as well.

No, only ones I saw came with the person needing it. It would be hard to go the trail by wheelchair.
