I have been going to this place for over 20 years the food has changed and not as good as it used to be and now they are tagging on a mandatory gratuity fee without warning... Not cool and I won't be coming back

Uncle Julio's Mexican From Scratch - All questions

Address: 855 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60642, USA

Robert Fields | Jan 7, 2019

I think uncle Julio's is overrated and is not truly authentic...

Lashaun Price | Jan 7, 2019

I really don't think it's overrated but I agree that is not truly authentic. It is Tex-Mex and have survived for many years there are plenty places in Chicago where you can find authentic Mexican food. People come here for the food and the atmosphere and the drinks .

I'm not a fan either.
