In the morning till 8:30am and after 6pm I believe. Not sure what will change after Memorial Weekend.
From May 16 - Sep 14, dogs are allowed on the beach by 8th Street only between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:30 am. No dogs permitted on the boardwalk. From Sep 15 - May 15, dogs are permitted off leash on the beach by 8th Street and leashed dogs are permitted on the boardwalk.
