Not really, the walking areas are mostly flat but in general I wouldn't recommend it. You walk over some trail tracks for carts and puddles that might mess with or get wheels stuck.
Yes, it is whell chair accessible. Thete are ramps into the gift shop and museum both. Mostly flat in the mine itself, but there may be some puddles in places.
Not generally, but I would call ahead to make arrangements. Im sure theyre prepared for wheelchairs :)
Because it is pretty much as it was as a turn of the century, it is not very wheelchair friendly. However, you could call ahead and try to arrange a modified mine tour as long as you are game about steep, narrow passages.
