WOW. Way better than anticipated. People were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Much bigger and many artifacts than expected. If in the area this is a must.

This a grand WWII museum. The director has such passion in his historical knowledge of WWII and willing to tell you and share to the younger folks. The staff are generous with their knowledge and will help make sure you see everything in the museum. It's worth the trip.

Wonderful museum. The collection of memorabilia and artifacts is impressive and the different themed rooms were educational and informative. The staff there did a wonderful job helping us enjoy the museum.

I had no idea this place existed until our patriotic organization scheduled a day trip here. I thought it was one little building but it's HUGE. The best way to do this is to get a group & schedule a tour. You'll learn so much. They have displays and memorabilia and videos and donated items. Have grandpa's WWII letters, photos, etc and don't know what to do with them? They'll gladly take them to enrich our nation's story and preserve all the stories of our everyday heroes and heroines. I want to go back as the 2 hours we were there wasn't enough. Eldred, PA has something really special here.

The museum is currently closed because of the virus. If you can find a phone number, it would be best to call before planning a trip to see it.
