Yes they do. My stay was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant helpful and friendly.
Yes on second floor. As for the other comments I stayed there 4 nights its not a dump. Staff was very friendly and my room was very clean. If you smoke then all smoking rooms are in basement level. I saw no signs of illegal activity.
Stay elsewhere. A prostitution ring was being run there. Shady place.
