Because you most likely live in an area with high crime. I live in bond hill just across the street literally from the Norwood line..and not a lot of places deliver here.
Robberies to certain areas will prevent deliveries from restaurants. I live near LaRosa's but they don't deliver its frustrating but they would not bend.
