I have a gold rewards card, is there any way that they can make a pin for me? Because the older cards don’t have pins.

The gold rewards card is literally just a piece of DnB nostalgia nowadays... you can transfer credits and tickets from your gold card to a new card with a pin and go and update the rewards info to include the new card w pin.... the gold status has lost all its privileges...its all linked thru rewards card
