Waiting for my food I was watching the guy with the black beard. Only the one with no mask preparing our food. Ahh...... I don't mind no mask, I don't care, but the way he was preparing our food- I'm going to skip the details. If you see what I sold you probably would never order your food from this place again. By the way the food was fine this is why I marked 2 star's.

This location is not run like the others, so slow and unorganized! The staff was struggling with simple hot dog orders like it was their 1st day on the job, this guy was putting onion slices on my hot dogs instead of the chopped onions that are actually for hot dogs!? and after waiting 15 minutes, didn't get anything the way we ask for it. Should've known something was wrong when the couple in front of me complained about waiting 20 minutes for 2 plain beefs and 2 hotdogs. On top of everything else, when I asked the hot dog genius where the manager was, he started mouthing off and told me the manager was busy. I will never go back to this location!

Used to love this Portillo's location, but lately the service and food quality has been really poor. Earlier this month, I went to the drive thru and ordered a burger for my brother-in-law. He took the burger to work and when he goes to eat it he notices that there was no meat. A burger with no meat (picture attached). I thought okay a big mistake, but maybe a one time thing. Well I was wrong. Next orders would then have fries missing and a wrong burger. It seems like everytime we have gone the past few times something was always wrong. Really disappointing since I do like Portillo's. Will need to go to another location.
