This theater was very nice and clean! Great experience outside of concessions. We didn't get to try any of their dinner entree options, either. The bar was also closed when we were there, so we couldn't get any cocktails or beer. We went for an evening weekend movie. We got popcorn, nachos, a hot dog and a soda. I would try something else next time. I was *really* hoping they had butter machines where you could put your own popcorn butter on, but no-go. Concessions does it for you, so it's was pretty dry. For that reason, I was hoping for some popcorn topping options, but all we could find was regular table salt in packets. The look and feel of this theater is nice, new and pretty cool. We've had better concessions elsewhere, but we still had a good time.

When to see the rise of gru! I purchased my ticket on line. I waited at the ticket booth until I read on my on-line ticket that said no need to stop at the ticket booth go straight to the ticket takers. So I left the line and entered the lobby. Jenny (someone with a control complex) asked me if I had a ticket? I replied yes. She then told me to exit the lobby. Not to get beck in line. Then proceeded to let the people in line behind me go ahead of me. Even thanked the lady behind me for waiting. My pre-ordered drink and popcorn I again waited in line to be told to go to the other side to pick up my order where I waited again. The Restroom definitely needed attention. Also the automated drink machine did not work.

I love bringing my kids here! The staff is always friendly and helpful every time we go. I like the fact that we can order everything ahead of time so we're not missing out on the movie we really want to see. We've been at different times and every time has been very enjoyable. Only downside is that some of the seats are showing wear and tear. Other than that I truly enjoy our visits here.

Ultra Screen DXL is a very large screen that reminds me of the size seen in IMAX @Navy Pier Chicago, which is great 👍. The seats are comfortable and reclining. The concessions are just about right and the kids love the icee flavor options available at this specific location and staff conduct themselves like true professionals. I would recommend this Cinema for catching a new blockbuster with the family or by thyself. 😁
