Is it normal to sit for over 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru for them to even take your order? And than they go to the other side and that guy wasn't even there for 2 minutes?!?!? So annoyed...
The customer shouldn't be belligerent or disrespectful. IF!! big if here the employee listen and promptly handles the complaint. Customer is always right is what they used to say and it worked food and service was much better back then.
