When my USPS package was rejected by the UPS facility in Blythe, I called the PO and they quickly found it and I was able to pick it up. Excellent service !

This is the third package I have had be marked as delivered by them and yet my package never arrived. Even when I was home all day waiting on that package and never even seen someone bring it up to my door. And every time I call about it I get the same response “we’ve had people following us so your package was probably stolen by them” They never offer any kind of help or anything after saying this. If they know people are following their drivers and stealing packages like they say is happening why are they not trying to find some kind of solution? Even if it’s a minor one like just having your delivery people knock on the door! I had a package just last week from FedEx sit by my front door for 2 whole days and it wasn’t stolen! Please find a solution or start offering better help to those whose packages are, as you guys say, being stolen because this is making me feel as though I should stop shopping online if they ship through you guys at the post office.

I get most of my mail. Some stuff I guess they throw away. They must have dumpsters of undelivered mail. They are known as US Fail.
