You should get into STEM fields in school... Check with your teachers about STEM classes, then contact the museum (or any museum you like.... There are "museum careers" websites to check for jobs). Ask about jobs but also ask about internships. On their website they have a job openings page (sometimes they have jobs for very beginners) and there's a separate page for internships: FieldMuseum.Org/about/careers/internships Start with volunteering and internships while you study in school...
