Individuals are assessed through the state's waiver program and scored. The score correlates to a level/tier which determines cost. The Developmental Disabilities Waiver is what pays for the service. The higher the needs (medical, behavioral, physical) the higher the cost.
I'm not sure if it goes by insurance or if it's a set price individual. I know they have a day support where individuals go for the day to do activities and then they have several houses that offer live in care where persons Like myself stay with the clients all day every day. So I'm thinking it depends on the level of care, insurance or out of pocket, etc. Sorry i couldn't be of more help with a more precise answer.
