2 to a bedroom. 18+. Bus stop is at Truman and Noland (about a 20 minute walk). Prospective applicants need to be eligible for the Medicaid dual diagnosis waiver (both mental illness and developmental disability). Applicants and case workers should contact parent hospital Center for Behavioral Medicine at 1000 E 24th st KCMO.
