🤣🤣🤣Its true Valentine's Day is not a federal holiday but I guess at IHOP a holiday is a holiday. I guess I would avoid Halloween if I were to bring my kids then. LOL

No Valentine's day is not holiday. It not free until Feb. 25. People create Valentine's for romantic plus love one. IHOP give free pancakes on Feb 25. Go on Feb 25.
