I did not like that IHOP THE other IHOP are very good but that one I never go back
Its tje bronx every e has a bad attitude service is always sub par
My take home for literally smells like poop. Our table thought someone passed gas so we laughed it off. Got in the cab and the cab over opened his window. So I asked him "is there a problem. Do you smell something as?" He nodded yes. I said to my party "I told you it was the food!" we were to far away to bring it back.
Try going when there's less people, especially during peak hours...I never had an issue, just give them another chance
I have no complaints about them always get a good waitress

Mines are always nice ..except for that 1 time. Other wise I have no complaints.
@sparkyfallon, I can't speak for anybody else's experience. Mine is my own. If they want to change their service level and lower their rank then that is up to them.
