It's not City Owned... It's City Leased. Meaning it's controlled by a private company, not the city. However the city does make the rules in regards to the course operations during the Covid 19 pandemic, as far as how many people on the course and people gathering in one spot like the practice facilities and pro shops. Short answer, YES the course is open 7 days a week and the hours are based on based on sunrise to sunset and 365 days a year barring snow and severe conditions.
