Local Trains that are close to the park are the 4, B and D trains at Yankee Stadium then take the BX6 bus to 161st St & Melrose Ave, then walk down the street to 159th St. You could also take the 2 or 5 trains to 149th St & 3rd Ave then take BX 41 or the SBS BX41 bus on 149th Street to 161st Street and then walk to 159th St & Melrose Ave where the park is.
