Public relations is not an easy task even for those who are the best of the best at it. Some employees treat customers the way they do due to a lack of customer service training. ... Such is life!
I really don't know ,however it could be because some of the regular customers tip better than others , with the understanding that some customers can hardly even afford a meal at a restaurant .
They charge me 20% of tips and the custome service was so bad, the employee use the mask under his mouth....!!!
I had no problem with service, she was very nice. Food was good. Very busy on weekends and staff try to serve customers as quickly as possible.

Some employees simply find some people more engaging than others. If they treat you poorly, complain to management. If they just trat others (you think a but better, try being super nice yourself.
Better tips, favor one culture, returning customers, maybe you came off as rude..
