Better to buy them before but you can buy them on your arrival.

It is best to get them before you arrive. It's not stadium seating. There is a limited amount of seats but that's 1 of the things that makes the Ipic experience exceptional
You can just show up and buy them at the counter but its always better before hand so you can pick your seats and have them reserved for you!
