Iv come to this spa multiple times and each time they make sure to remind me to tip which I also do anyway! This time around I pay $90 for my services and hand the lady $100 bill leaving me with $10 change. I may have forgotten that the lady in the front desk gave me back the $10. I did just have a massage. I handed her $10 in singles in addition to the $10 I wasn't sure if she gave me back or not either way the tip was for the masseuse. The lady at the front desk made a made a scene about it and got someone to check the camera. At the end of the day the extra $10 was for there employee just wanted to tip him $20 in total which I did anyway the front desk receptionist behavior.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING!!! I saw a Groupon for a couples massage and accidentally purchased it before reading the reviews. A week after I purchased, I started to read the reviews and to my horror all the negative reviews came true! When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me and said voucher now! So we handed her our voucher. Next thing I look up and on the screen she tells me there's a Groupon Tax to be paid $13.80) Nowhere on Groupon does it say there are additional fees being charged. We then ask her and she said there's tax. So then she says " 2 massages, tip $20 x 2 people = $40 you pay NOW!!!!" Im so shocked that she actually demanded this!!! She said pay now! So my poor girlfriend is in shock and im like ok i'll pay. So I pay and we go in. They bring us after we change to a room on the side and they tell us to change , lie face down & they never closed the door. My "therapist" was so bad that it was 40 mins fake stretching and 20 minutes of PAIN!!! I wanted to run away to badly. I told her it hurts like 10 times and she didn't care. She just kept saying you're so tense. Im not TENSE!! THATS MY BONE!!!! It was a horrible experience. Worse massages we ever had. No consideration for privacy, that is illegal. You must close doors when you're almost nude on a table where anyone can walk in. Completely, unacceptable and unprofessional. These people must not be licensed at all. Noone in their right mind would massage like that! I felt I was bring punished. DONT GO THERE. The reviews have proven to be true.

Never asked me what type of pressure I wanted for my massage, so I had to tell him several times that it was uncomfortable. He was pressing way too hard and seemed to lack the same skills as the other techs because he kept looking to see what they were going to do next. He was very lazy with my foot massage and didn't seem to care at all! Why are you in business then?! Then, the lady at the counter begged for $15 tip but only in cash saying it was "mandatory for taxes." She was nasty and rude and pushy about getting $15 exactly. TIPS is "to insure proper service" and this place shouldn't even be open! This is an unprofessional salon and I wonder how they stay licensed if they are at all. Putting in a complaint with NJ state consumer affairs. I don't care what you say Zaina when you offer services even for a dollar, you better come correct. I don't accept mediocre just because other salons charge more. They are gouging and being deceitful about their costs anyway. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau as well. Disgusting service!
