I like this fitness center,The most affordable price, friendly staff,and full house of sport equipment. They have a nice locker room and shower.Unfortunately they don't have a sauna.

Have been a member of Retro Fitness Fort Lee almost since its opening and it’s one of the best life-decisions I’ve made. Particularly at this time, physical fitness is essential for a strong immune system and overall physical strength and health. Additionally, physical well-being and mental well-being are linked, and my regular workouts at Retro Fort Lee have been instrumental in maintaining both. There is a wide array of strength training machines and free weights as well as cycle-type cardio machines. There literally is everything I could possibly want in order to have achieved, and to maintain, my personal best condition. Meticulously clean, and sanitary premises, including locker rooms, showers, bathrooms. Well-ventilated, heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer, providing a very comfortable environment. Very diverse membership and I’m continually impressed by how polite and cooperative members are in sharing equipment. Highly professional staff, with the owner on the premises overlooking everything in order to maintain high standards. Modest prices, flexible hours, quiet location away from the congested center of town. Really, becoming a member has been a no-brainer for me. Highly recommended!

I've been a member since they opened and as a Personal Trainer myself looking for a nice place love to workout, I have to say that I love the state of the art equipment and the functional area. Staff always been super friendly and professional. Overall a great gym!

PROS: Very nice and clean gym. Despite the location the crowd in their is very good. The place is always scrubbed down because you can smell the lysol in the air. The staff are very nice and it's spacious too CONS: Parking is VERY limited. The smallest lot out of all Retros i know OVERALL: I highly recommend coming to this gym. Especially if you're living in one of the apartments near the gym
