No, there is no age requirement to dine at The Vine. You would just need to be over 21 to sit in the bar area. We do take reservations as well.
Marley, the main dining area at the Vine is intimate and tastefully decorated. Waitstaff are very attentive to diners and I think it would be an excellent place to celebrate a youthful anniversary.
No age limit but does have a nice bar.
